There is no public API for this game — a developer has said as much — so every number here came from somebody noticing something and writing it down. That makes the blanks worth publishing rather than hiding. Each item below is known to drop a Legendary version, and nobody has recorded what its effect actually does.

If you own one of these at Legendary rarity, you can close it. Post a screenshot of the tooltip in the game's Discord, or open an issue. Worth knowing before you do: the game does not always print an item's effect on its tooltip, and the developers have confirmed some are cut off entirely — so “my tooltip shows nothing” is itself a useful answer, not a dead end.
